T-02EU AI Act · Article 50 transparencyEarly access
Prove your AI chat tells users it is an AI. After every release.
Article 50 Release Gate opens your website or app like a real visitor, finds the customer-facing AI features (chat widgets, voice assistants, AI-generated content), and checks whether a transparency disclosure is actually shown. Every check is saved as a timestamped screenshot, so you have evidence, not just a statement.

Operational tooling, not legal advice. The check shows whether a disclosure is visible to users and records evidence of it. Whether your wording and setup meet the AI Act in your specific case is a legal question for your counsel.
1Problem
The disclosure is easy to lose in a release
- 1.1A chat widget update, a new theme or a vendor script change can quietly remove the line that says the user is talking to an AI.
- 1.2Disclosures that exist in a design file or a policy page are not the same as what a visitor actually sees on the live site.
- 1.3When a customer, partner or authority asks, you need to show what was displayed and when, not reconstruct it afterwards.
- 1.4Manual spot checks are skipped exactly when releases are busiest.

Give us the URL
Your public site or app entry point, plus the pages where AI features appear. Test accounts only if you choose to provide them.
2.2
Automated visit and check
A headless browser opens the AI features as a visitor would and looks for a visible disclosure near the interaction, on desktop and mobile.
2.3
Evidence and result
You get a pass / needs attention result per feature, with timestamped screenshots. On the monthly plan this repeats after each release.

5FAQ
Is this legal advice?
No. It is operational tooling: it checks what users actually see and keeps evidence. Whether your disclosure and setup satisfy the AI Act in your case is for your legal counsel to decide.
When does Article 50 apply?
The AI Act's Article 50 transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026. Check the European Commission's AI Act page and the official text for the current scope and any transitional provisions that may concern your system.
Which AI features can you check?
Customer-facing features reachable in a browser: chat widgets, voice assistants with a web entry point, and AI-generated text or images shown on pages. Features behind a login need a test account you provide.
How is the release regression triggered?
In early access, you tell us when you ship (by email or a simple webhook) and the check runs again. Scheduled re-checks are also possible.
Do you store personal data from my site?
Screenshots are taken with test data only. We avoid entering real personal data, and screenshots are kept only as long as you need them for your evidence file.
